Catholic Outreach assists parishes to develop Care Programs which enable volunteers to provide practical emergency short-term support for people in need in their local community, such as meals, transport, visiting etc.
Parish volunteers reach out with love, care and compassion to those in need within their own community, and demonstrate in a very positive and tangible way… “Faith In Action”.
