Identitywa Disability Services supports people with disabilities to live fulfilled, independent lives. We work alongside individuals and families to empower people to pursue their goals in a safe, supportive environment.

With more than 40 years of experience, Identitywa Disability Services provides quality support to people from birth through to older age. Our work spans a wide range of supports, including accessible housing options, supported independent living, specialist disability accommodation, short‑term accommodation for children and adults, support coordination, social and community participation, and allied and clinical health services. Our multidisciplinary team includes clinical nurses, occupational therapists, positive behaviour support practitioners, speech pathologists and physiotherapists.
