Schools are requested to create a special LifeLink Day “Jubilee Gallery” to be established somewhere prominent in each school.

Based on their personal research of one LifeLink agency, student’s are requested to create an artwork that expresses how this one LifeLink agency brings hope to our brothers and sisters in need.

Students are invited to paint portraits of themselves as “Pilgrims of Hope” and to add these to their school’s Jubilee Gallery as a sign of their commitment to bring hope to others.

Schools are requested to plan a special fundraising activity for LifeLink Day. Your collective generosity will bring hope to others through your support of our church agencies.
Note: Parents might be invited to offer a gold coin donation in exchange for their child’s “Pilgrim of Hope” Portrait as part of your school’s fundraising for LifeLink Day.

In this Year of Jubilee, as we recognise signs and pilgrims of hope in our world, we are asked to remember and give thanks.
Teachers to encourage students to foster a spirit of gratitude, thanking God for the hope found in creation; and thanking those individuals and groups who bring hope to our world.
ACTIVITY:
Students to write prayers of gratitude for individual LifeLink agencies that can be sent to the staff and volunteers of each agency.
OR
ACTIVITY:
Students write a message of hope for someone in need who receives help from a LifeLink agency.
